Our Marketing Plan

Our objective is to sell your home for the highest possible price in the shortest time possible.  Our marketing plan has three main components:

1. Pricing

Pricing is key to selling your home in timely manner and at the full sale price. It's very tempting to look at prices others in the area are asking and maybe try a little higher to test the market. After all, you can always drop the price later if it doesn't work. That's a big mistake. Starting with too high an asking price usually results in a very slow sale and an eventual lower price than if you price it accurately to start with. Marketing efforts are maximized when homes are priced intelligently. The only way to establish a realistic price is with a thorough CMA. (Comparative Market Analysis) which we prepare with access to the Real Estate Board records of listings and sales.

2. Presentation

We understand the importance of presentation. In order to showcase your home in the best light possible, we help co-ordinate any decorating and/or staging that needs to be performed to get your property ready for sale. We hire professional photographers and incorporate the photographs into our print literature and online tools

3. Promotion

We use a variety of marketing channels to advertise your property. Some of these channels include

·       The MLS system which allows us to advertise your property to other realtors and potential buyers through its public interface, Realtor.ca and Realtylink.org

·       Our Website Matters of the Home which allows us to showcase your home as a featured property.

·       E-Marketing: A email blast of our marketing material to our professional network

·       Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn

·       OpenHouses

·       Print Media – Colourful Brochures highlighting the features of your property with floors plans and recent market statistics.

·       Signage in front of your home (with your permission of course).
